 SUNDAY MARKET & TIANGUIS*
During the tourist high season, December 1-April 30 a weekly Sunday Market or Tianguis* is held in the courtyard of the Cultural Center. Friends, neighbors and travelers to the Matanchen Bay coastline gather each Sunday for great food, coffee, locally sourced crafts, fresh flowers, homegrown vegetables, tropical plants and secondhand household items.
Market organizers welcome additional vendors of locally produced goods at the free, no-cost, outdoor market to sell for themselves or to benefit a community cause. You can help maintain the vitality of a lively market by encouraging creative and talented friends and musicians to participate.
For more information, contact Victoria Stewart or Trilby Dickson during Sunday Market hours.
